Bill Baines, President & CEOBill joined AML Wireless Networks in September, 2002, as President & CEO. His extensive 23 years in various executive positions within telecom and technology management offers AML Wireless a broad perspective on successful growth strategies and outstanding customer service.
Prior to joining AML Wireless, Bill was President and Chief Operating Officer of Norigen Communications. As President and COO, Bill led an aggressive national expansion of Norigen from a single market to a full national provider of services for the small and medium enterprise segment. Bill also participated in the successful raising of over $400M in debt and equity financing.
Bill joined Norigen from Manitoba Telecom Services, where he was President and Chief Operating Officer of MTS Communications. In his four years at MTS, Bill participated in a successful IPO during 1996, significantly increased market share, led several acquisitions / investments, and created a professional services division with contracts in the United States and internationally.
Prior to joining MTS, Bill was with Unitel Communications. Prior to his departure, Bill was in the position of Vice President - Access Management responsible for the corporate strategy and ongoing relationships with various telecom and cable companies. Bill began his career with Bell Canada in a variety of engineering, finance and customer services functions.
Bill also acts as President of Stratus Management Inc., and sits on the Boards and is an advisory to several industry and communities organizations.

Gary Kristiansen, P.Eng. - Sales Manager
Gary joined the Hughes AML team in 1992 through a transfer from another Hughes division. Originally recruited to look after the planning department, Gary soon assumed responsibility for the implementation of the manufacturing and engineering process enhancements initiatives. Gary was later promoted to Manufacturing Manager, providing him the opportunity to become close to the technical, manufacturing and operation of AML's wireless products.
In 1998 Gary returned to his sales function, focusing on the western USA. He has remained as part of the sales team ever since, leveraging his deep product knowledge.
In total Gary has over 13 years of hands on product and sales experience with AML Wireless, providing him with the ability to adapt our industry leading 13GHz and 18GHz wireless broadband microwave to a wide range of applications. Gary is also involved in the sales and support of our new 5.8GHz fixed wireless DOCSISTM cable extension product.
Prior to joining the AML team in 1992, Gary was employed as a sales application engineer for Hughes Aircraft where he presented and demonstrated a new acoustic analysis technology to fortune 500 companies. Gary has also held several other sales positions promoting new products to the manufacturing and service sectors.
Gary graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering degree and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Greg Boyd, Vice President, Operations
Greg joined the AML Wireless team in August 1995, originally to lead the finance department. In the following years, Greg's leadership has been expanded in his current capacity with AML as Vice President of Operations Greg now oversees all aspects of our financial, manufacturing, procurement and MIS activities. Greg has 15 years of financial and operational experience within manufacturing environments.
Greg continues to focus on providing leadership in the financial management of the organization while ensuring that customers' expectations are exceeded through the timely delivery of quality products.
Prior to joining AML Wireless in 1995, Greg provided financial consulting services to various small businesses. These services ranged from establishing financial tracking systems and money management models, to developing entire business systems.
Greg has also held numerous finance related positions at Boeing Canada Technology Ltd. In his last position with Boeing, Greg was responsible for fully automating the financial reporting process for the manufacturing facility. Working closely with Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and all facets of the manufacturing organization, Greg was able to develop a commanding knowledge surrounding the financial attributes of manufacturing processes.
Greg graduated with a Bachelor's of Commerce degree majoring in Finance. Greg spends his personal time by helping in his community through coaching and managing various sporting activities.
