AML Wireless
Networks outdoor broadband transmitters provide an efficient and cost
effective means of delivering quality AML signals to remote cable hubs
for point to point links.
AML Wireless Networks
outdoor transmitters operate by block upconverting 54 to 550 MHz VHF
signals to the 12.7 to 13.2 GHz microwave frequency. An Automatic
Level Control (ALC) circuit assures constant output levels with temperatures
from -40ºF to +120ºF. Our outdoor transmitters have 80 channel
capability and may be field upgraded to accommodate further channel
expansion and/or path additions.
AML Wireless Networks
dependable line of transmitters are all solid state, mounted in a compact
light-weight housing and utilize a built-in pilot tone generator compatible
with AML phaselock receivers. A built-in transmit monitor allows
testing of the transmitter output signal quality directly at VHF.
A multi-pin test connector permits evaluation of various DC parameters,
as well as crystal reference frequency.
